Kue Mentega Kacang
Bahan :
• 100 gram butter
• 100 gram gula bubuk
• 100 gram gula palem
• 25 gram susu bubuk
• 1 sdt esens vanili
• ½ sdt garam halus
• 1 butir telur
• 150 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
• 200 gram selai mentega kacang (peanut butter)
• 100 gram kismis, cuci, peras, cincang kasar
• 100 gram cokelat masak putih, potong dadu kecil
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok butter, gula bubuk, gula palem, susu bubuk, vanili, dan garam hingga lembut. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga mengembang. Masukkan selai, kocok sebentar, sisihkan.
2. Aduk tepung terigu, kacang mete, kismis, dan coklat masak.
3. Masukkan ke dalam adonan mentega secara bertahap sambil diaduk.
