Kue Semprit Nanas
Bahan :
• 75 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
• 50 gram tepung meizena
• 100 gram mentega
• 75 gram gula bubuk
• 15 gram gula bubuk
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• ¼ sdt vanili bubuk
• 1 kuning telur
• 75 gram selai nanas

Cara Membuat :
1. Ayak tepung terigu dan meizena. Sisihkan.
2. Kocok mentega, gula bubuk, susu bubuk, vanili, dan garam hingga putih dan mengembang.
3. Masukkan kuning kuning telur, kocok perlahan hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk.
4. Masukan adonan ke dalam kue semprit, semprot dengan membentuk bunga.
5. Masukkan selai ke dalam kantung plastic segitiga, gunting ujungnya, semprot di tengah kue.
6. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
